Steve Bacher
Vice President
Steve Bacher is a Vice President for The Ranger Group and has nearly 40 years of management and leadership experience in the construction management industry. He has previously served in roles such as project engineer, superintendent, project manager, project executive, director of operations, senior vice president, and regional manager. Steve’s responsibilities include coordinating and supervising the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget. He coordinates with owners, engineers, architects, and others involved in the construction process, and oversees the planning, scheduling, and implementation of designs.
Steve has worked on many government and large commercial construction projects such as complex structures, healthcare facilities, and data centers. Steve is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
Henry Ford
Senior Commissioning Project Manager
Henry Ford has over 28 years experience in mission critical facilities commissioning and building operations. He was previously the Chief Facilities Engineer supervising the maintenance of six data center facilities supporting a major healthcare provider in South Florida. Responsibilities included providing the overall maintenance and performance of these data centers to provide optimum “uptime” at each facility.
In addition, Henry served 20 years in the U.S. Marine Corps as an avionics technician and controller. While assigned to collateral duty for the F-4 and F/A-18 program offices, he managed the refit of F-4 aircraft for reuse and the integration development of F/A-18 modifications. Mr. Ford was also an Instructor at “The Basic School” in Quantico for two years.
Henry is responsible for facilitating the processes for the integration, migration, and operational services for healthcare and critical facilities nationwide. He is a graduate of University of South Carolina and completed the U.S. Navy Aviation and Personnel Quality Assurance program.
Will Califf
Construction Manager
Mr. Califf has more than 30 years of experience in the construction management industry. He has managed many high profile government and commercial projects.
Will currently serves as a construction manager ensuring the quality of work and schedule are followed in an effective and efficient manner. He also inspects and reviews projects on a periodic basis to ensure compliance with safety code and building code regulations.
Will is working on The National Institutes of Health Electrical Upgrade project, where he supervises the staff and subcontractors to ensure quality control standards are met. Will is a graduate of Marietta College, where he received his B.A. in History.
Allen King
Commissioning Program Manager
Mr. King has more than 30 years of experience in the operation and commissioning of building HVAC systems for healthcare and mission critical facilities. He is NEBB Certified in Building System Commissioning; Test, Adjust, and Balance; as well as Sound and Vibration. Allen’s responsibilities include commissioning and troubleshooting large commercial HVAC systems and electrical equipment including starters, variable frequency drives, motors and electrical protective devices, and energy management systems.
